A past friend of mine used to say (with disconcerting regularity) "I don't want to adult today."
If you said, jez he's 100% Leo. Pass GO and collect 100 pounds. He is. Sun, Mars AND Venus.
A slew of love affairs. A passionate temperament. A goofy grin, made for fun-time moments, alongside a daily gripe over "Putting on his big boy pants." His words. Not mine. Ar-hm Leo he REALLY is.
Big heart to boot, which he would often claim was battered. A propensity for music production. Leo's must create. It is the law. And don't even think about helping him. Help a Leo. No no no. Leo's create their destiny and they create their own help. Their ego and need to do it all themselves equals Capricorn, Aries and Aquarius. Ok. It surpasses. During this Leo Solar Eclipse, ego-balloon Leo is trine Saturn. Neptune is in retrograde for the next five months (7th July - 12th December), while the nodes sit at 29 degrees Leo/Aqua, which is a very wide south node conjunction. Plus there is a 'wedge' pattern involving Venus, Neptune and Uranus. I've nick-named it 'fast love'.

🌟 I've given away some of the qualities of Leo, but not the crux. Leo represents the final house of personal development. The house of "I know I can". Here we see the ego inflate with the ability to self-actualise. We see the energy of a commanding heart-centric leader that seeds (as all fire signs do in a sense).
We see the need to be witnessed, seen and adored. To offer this as a gift to others. To own the stage with dignity, presence and child-like wonder.

It's kinda the ideal, like playtime never ends and you tease each other endlessly.
Saturn is good for containment, prepping a goal and really putting in the ground work of a solid foundation. There's also a double fire here, tempered with Saturn. It's the fire that burns strong, bright and has sustainment value.

A wedge is made up of two planets in opposition, while a third is trine one of these and sextile the other. An triangle shape.
Venus in Libra opposes Neptune in Aries and Uranus as apex planet in Gemini, holds the key to resolving the tension via a trine to Venus and sextile to Neptune.
Love, relating, values and finances are balanced in Libra. It's all about the other, people pleasing and the conflict of projection. Neptune can indicate that the self identity and independence are dissolving, making way for union. One will pull against the other, striving for solo time to remind ourselves we can do things ourselves, and yet the lure of partnership is strong. We want both. Uranus in Gemini is pure air. The logical road is to communicate. To not feel obligated to follow the crown and tradition. To speak truthfully and decide that authenticity is a choice (Gemini) and you can have it.
One danger with Neptune is the illusion with another. So Uranus is great as an anchor for not losing yourself or giving up the power of who you are.
