Primarily this is a partnership between two people, although it can also be a marriage, business alliance or commitment to a work-based/academic project (given Sag's link to teaching, learning, study and mind expansion).

Neptune tends to blind us to reality, and while this can be a very nice feeling, the crash when it happens can be most jarring, considering adjacent Saturn - lord of reality, boundaries and restriction.
